September 25-28, 2025 near Blowing Rock, North Carolina
My original women’s retreat.
Intimate groups.
Beautiful spaces.
Thoughtfully designed sessions for body, mind and spirit.

As the season shifts from the heat and fire of summer, we cool off. Take a beat. Flow with the change of the season.
While it’s a beautiful gift that so many trees remind us to ”let something go” with a fanfare of colored leaves, it’s just as beautiful to know that the annual pulling back of even the most evergreen is a universal act of conservation and a refocusing of energy. Fall then, is not just an act of releasing but of preserving what is most valuable from the prior seasons.
The Fall Equinox is our reminder to evaluate and shift our energy. To use the longer nights to contemplate our season of growth and to intentionally decide what we keep and what we release. It’s the cooling off that allows us to release the fire of reacting and invite a softer space.
Whether you need a respite after a busy season that aligns with the calendar, or from a season of life you feel the shifts from, this retreat balances effort and ease to invite space for personal integration.
This four day, three night women’s retreat in the mountains of North Carolina is an all-inclusive weekend reminder that a little time focused on ourselves can feel like magic, that a moment of intentional softness can spark internal and external connections.
This retreat is aligned with the first days of fall to embrace the energy of the new season. It is a space to be fully taken care of and to let go of all the roles you fill for others and return to self. This is your invitation to a blend of yoga and camaraderie, of curiosity and comfort, of afternoon naps and dancing in the moonlight, of finding your flow and letting things go.

Two rooms share each full bathroom, and each bathroom is accessible only via the bedrooms. Your Host and Guest Instructors:

Your Host: Alison Gurevich is a full time yoga instructor (E-RYT500) based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has taught thousands of hours of yoga classes and has completed over 800 hours of yoga teacher trainings. In her classes, Alison offers pathways exploring the physical body and breathwork as access points to finding and creating ease in our minds. Alison has hosted more than 20 yoga retreats both locally and internationally in the last five years, offers a 200-hour yoga teacher training program and continuing education for yoga teachers, teaches at yoga festivals, hosts an online yoga community and teaches 15+ classes a week across four wonderful yoga studios north of Atlanta. Read her full bio here.

Guest Instructor: Tina Eustace is a yoga loving Brit based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an RYT500 Yoga Teacher who loves all things anatomy and hands on modalities such as Acupressure, Reiki and of course Thai Yoga Bodywork. Tina blends Thai massage techniques with western massage aiming to open up clients to experience the health & magnificence of their own body and spirit, allowing for deep healing to happen. Tina has a passion for therapeutic touch, learning from the lineage of the revered Dr.Jivaka Kumar Bhacca, the founding Father of Thai massage.

Guest Instructor: Larissa Daugherty is an RYT 200 yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and certified somatic sound practitioner with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through movement, energy, and sound. A
background in ballet gave her a foundation in body awareness and the power of presence. But it was through yoga, Reiki, and sound that she discovered a deeper kind of healing—one that works not just through the body, but also through the nervous system, the breath, and the subtle layers of energy we all carry. Larissa’s approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to be complicated.
