A yoga-ish book club

To know me is to know I LOVE books. And in my world, loving books means not just reading them, but often taking the pieces and parts of them and bringing them inside me and integrating them into my world. My Book to Body offering was created to have a space to share books – to talk about the books that are interesting, inspiring, and maybe life changing, and to explore the ways we might bring the ideas in books into our bodies, practicing integration and embodiment. This series brings the words off the page as we explore the physical practices of yoga paired with my favorite modern books and research across a wide range of topics. Join me for an hour of movement and mindfulness and chocolate. Reading the book is NOT required to join in this light movement paired with discussion. Practice is all levels.
