Not just a vacation, not just a yoga retreat – join us in February for a mindful exploration of yoga and wellness anchored in sun, sand, and one of a kind experiences that are unique to one of my favorite cities – Sarasota, Florida.
Fun places. Beautiful spaces. Curated treats for body, mind and spirit. All thoughtfully designed so you can laugh, rest, move, eat, and fill yourself back up. This weekend of playing in the sand and soaking up the sun is offered in alignment with dry January and in support of those who are sober or sober curious. For more on what this means and why we do it, please scroll all the way to the bottom!
Winter may usually be a quiet season – but not in the gloriously warm places like Sarasota, Florida where we can expect highs around 70 each day and plenty of sunshine in it’s peak time to visit.
The beaches, beauty, rich circus history, and vibrant restaurant scene all make Sarasota the perfect place to leave behind the midwinter doldrums. The perfect place to make space in our lives for ourselves, for our partners, for our bffs – and get away with them. The perfect place to embrace the gulf waves as soul filling, to explore the vibrant yoga community, and to embrace other one of a kind experiences unique to Sarasota.
Our four day, three night retreat in Sarasota is set in a mid-century retro Florida motor lodge, recently renovated to capture all the charm of decades past while offering modern convenience and ammenities. This home base is your invitation to poolside chats, fruity beverages at the oldest Tiki Lounge in Florida (since 1954), a blend of yoga and camaraderie, of sound baths and dancing in the sand, of finding your flow and letting things go. A glorious weekend curated for fun, connection, and friendship.

Please note: We ask that there be no alcohol, illegal substances, smoking, vaping or other similar activities at any of the official retreat gatherings. This event is offered in accordance with dry Janauary and in support of those who are sober or sober curious. Many times ‘vacation mode’ can be a place of pitfalls for those on this journey, and the desire to fit in can encourage some to make choices they might not otherwise make while exploring wellness. We encourage each attendee to live their own best retreat/vacation life while honoring this request at the officially listed retreat events.
