Clean Start: A Yoga Wellness Retreat to Detox Body, Mind and Spirit – February 23-25, 2024

October 24, 2023

Join us for a mid-winter reset as we embrace the new year with practices that support health and wellness.  Detox what you no longer need from body, mind, and spirit with a weekend of guided daily practices and offerings both on and off the mat.  This weekend includes a variety of yoga practices (for all levels), sound healing, dedicated spaces for rest, and thoughtful talks.  We are thrilled to announce that this year our annual retreat is guided by Alison Gurevich, Dr. Sarah Druckman, and Alex Ballew.

We’ve curated our favorite things, and left plenty of time for you to choose what you need – whether it’s an afternoon nap, a guided hike around Elohee, or a practice of grief movement to help move something through your body.  The spa at Elohee is amazing , and we are also thrilled this year to have Alex Ballew with us fro the entire weekend and he is offering a limited number of private sound healing sessions.

Note: once you have reserved your space at the retreat with Elohee, reach out to alex@secretriversounds.com directly to request one of these supplemental healing sessions.
