A yoga-ish book club

To know me is to know I LOVE books. And in my world, loving books means not just reading them, but often taking the pieces and parts of them and bringing them inside me and integrating them into my world. My Book to Body offering was created to have a space to share books – to talk about the books that are interesting, inspiring, and maybe life changing, and to explore the ways we might bring the ideas in books into our bodies, practicing integration and embodiment. This series brings the words off the page as we explore the physical practices of yoga paired with my favorite modern books and research across a wide range of topics. Thought Circles

Join me for a two hour event on the book I can’t get out of my head – The Measure. Let’s connect with movement, food, fun, and conversation guided by big ideas and questions. We begin with 45 minutes of movement, include touch points on related yoga philosphy, and let the conversation flow from from there into what we might take from the book into our lives off the mat. Thought circles are co-ed and appropriate for all levels of movement. June 29th, 4:30pm
