Breath to Motion – Online

The Breath to Motion Membership is my online space for real connection – to each other, to our practice, and to connect our practice on the mat to our life off the mat. Each month we take a deep dive into a topic. That dive includes 3-4 practices and discussions that explore the topic and then a wide variety of sharing and posts from me on everything from meditations to recipes and journaling prompts

There is an online space just for members, where you’ll find our live events, playback of the events you couldn’t make it to in real time, and a way to chat and connect with the community on your schedule. Yes – there’s an app and a desktop option so you can connect however you prefer. It’s also the home of hundreds of recorded practices, and a weekly practice on zoom on Monday’s at 11:30 to start your week out right.

I cannot in words express how much I love this intimate community and how much I love offering you the wonder of sharing in a way that isn’t limited to just an hour on a mat.
